At Lanna Thai Massage & Wellness, we’re committed to making our Thai massage and wellness services welcoming and accessible to everyone.
Building Access
Our clinic entrance and reception area are located on the ground floor, which is accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
A fully accessible toilet is available on this level.
Please note that our treatment rooms are located on the upper floor, which is only accessible by stairs. Unfortunately, we currently do not have a lift.
Alternative Arrangements
To ensure all clients can enjoy our services, we are happy to:
- Provide consultations and certain seated treatments (such as head, neck, or hand massage) in our ground-floor area upon request.
- Adjust treatment techniques or room setups to meet individual needs wherever possible.
- Offer assistance upon arrival — please let our team know if you’d like help entering or moving around the clinic.
